Very fun podcast to listen to. Also, as a fellow Looney Tunes fan, I can tell you Beaky Buzzard was originally voiced by Kent Rogers, who did a lot of voices for Looney Tunes and even the voice of Woody Woodpecker for a while. He died in a flight training accident in the Navy when he was drafted for WW2. Stan Freberg and Mel voiced him for the few remaining shorts he appeared in. Though his psuedo-retirement may have more to do with his creator, Bob Clampett director of several classics like Porky in Wackyland and Duck Tracy, leaving WB around the same time.
